On Friday, February 13, 2009, the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal released its decision in Boulter v. Nova Scotia Power Incorporated, 2009 NSCA 17.  Counsel for appellant Boulter was Vince Calderhead, the 2009 winner of the CBA's John Tait Award.
